Through curiosity, compassion, and play, we will learn the origins of our critic, develop skills for countering its negativity, and glean its positive intentions and value insights for us. Through artistic exploration, journaling, and somatic awareness practices, we will learn to not only tolerate this part of us, but work with it as a friend for growth and success!
