Workshops and Therapeutic Series

I’m deeply passionate about creating group spaces where authenticity and soul expression can unfold.

My workshops, meditation circles, and group programs are designed to deepen connection with self, others, and the creative spirit. These include expressive arts, emotional alchemy, full and new moon ceremonies, and sensory-based experiences.

Child Therapy Services

Art and play therapy provide children a safe, playful way to explore their emotions and inner worlds. Activities like drawing, painting, sculpting, and dramatic play encourage meaningful self-expression within a secure therapeutic relationship.

Some materials such as clay and finger paints are naturally soothing, helping children self-regulate and express big emotions like frustration safely.

In one-on-one sessions, I support children in navigating sensitive emotions, fostering essential coping skills, self-regulation, self-mastery, and healthy attachments through a trusting therapeutic connection.
